Hazardous Materials Emergency Response
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) staff respond to hazardous materials releases on campus. Releases of moderate quantity and toxicity are managed on site. Local agencies coordinate with EHS in the event of a significant release on campus. EHS maintains an Emergency Response Contingency Plan for Hazardous Materials Releases that will help minimize injury to students, faculty, and staff.
