Environmental Health & Safety works closely with Facilities Services to provide indoor ventilation in accordance with appplicable EPA, ASHRAE, and OSHA standards. Campus engineers make an effort to "balance" the air flow in each building. Balancing the air handlers requires the cooperation of all building participants to keep windows closed and not block air supply registers or make up air vents. If the air in your building or area is not suitable, please refrain making any adjustments to air registers or ceiling panels. Call Facilities Services at x2317 to have the building engineer address the problem.
