Desktop Yoga
Kathleen Hardy is our Desktop Yoga instructor. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher with the National Yoga Alliance and has taught and studied yoga for more than ten years. She bases her teaching on the belief that everyone, regardless of age or ability, can find pleasure and benefit in yoga practice. Desktop Yoga is a yoga class suitable for any level of fitness or ability. The class is designed to improve strength and flexibility, as well as provide techniques for relaxing and reducing the effects of stress. Special emphasis is placed on poses and exercises that are of benefit to those who spend a great deal of time seated and/or working on a computer, but the class will benefit everyone. Desktop Yoga meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:05 to 12:55, in Ives80. If you aren’t on the e-mail list yet, please check with Kathleen to ensure the schedule is accurate Kathleen.hardy@sonoma.edu or 664-2535.
