PHYSICAL EDUCATION BUILDING FITNESS CENTER (PEBFC)
The fitness center is open from 12-2:00 Monday through Friday this academic year. During this time the PEFC is free for use by Sonoma State University Faculty and Staff. Just show up with your Employee Identification Card, Sign a Standard Release of Liability form and enjoy full use of all available equipment. We will occasionally have experts on hand to provide direction on the proper use of the equipment. Lockers can be checked out Through Gloria Allen at the Central Issue Room located between the Men’s and Women’s Locker.
Future benefits will include exercise program development and goal setting through the Life Long Fitness focus within the Department of Kinesiology.
