Performance Evaluation
Employee Relations provides assistance with the performance evaluation process. Annual performance evaluations are required for all probationary/permanent, annual renewable, and long-time temporary employees. An employee's collective bargaining agreement determines the schedule/frequency of performance evaluations during the employee's probationary period.
