How do I obtain my certificate?

After you have completed the 75 hours of class time, including the three core courses, contact the School of Extended Education at 707/664-2394 and request your "Application for Certificate." After our Registrar checks your records and confirms that you have completed the requirements, your certificate will be mailed to you.

Course Requirements and Electives

Requirements
To earn the Certificate of Completion participants are required to complete a minimum of 75 hours of class time including three core courses:
  • The Successful Supervisor
  • Moving Into Management
  • Working Across Cultures
Electives
Participants may choose from a variety of program electives and enroll in courses which best meet their needs. Electives are offered on a rotating basis, fall and spring semesters. New electives are offered each semester focusing on topics of current interest.
