Construction Management Certificate Program
About The Program
This Certificate Program provides education and training for contractors, subcontractors, project managers, superintendents, owner representatives, design professionals, and anyone interested in advancing in a career in the construction industry. The faculty are all highly experienced in various professional occupations and have outstanding teaching abilities. Courses may be taken alone to fulfill an individual's specific need for specialized knowledge, or to complete the requirements for the Construction Management Certificate.
To qualify for the Construction Management Certificate, students must successfully complete 240 hours of classroom instruction. Most courses in this Certificate Program are 30 hours. Courses in the Green Building Professional Certificate Program may be counted toward the Construction Management Certificate.
All courses are offered on a credit/no credit basis for Continuing Education Units (CEU). The CEU is a nationally recognized measurement of professional development coursework. The coursework may include required texts, materials provided by the instructors, work outside class, and examination at the discretion of the instructors.
Registration may be completed online, through catalogs available upon request from the School of Extended Education, and by phone or fax.
