Certificate of Completion
When you have completed all program requirements, fill out the Application for Award of Certificate.
After checking your Sonoma State record to verify completion of requirements, we will mail your certificate to the address you provided on the form. Please allow approximately 10 business days for us to review your record, create a certificate, and obtain the required signatures. There is no fee.
Requesting Sonoma State Transcripts
NOTE: Please wait to send your transcript request until after you have received your Certificate in the mail. We must post your Certificate manually and if the Records office receives the request before this has taken place, they may send the transcripts without it, necessitating a re-order.
