Welcome to Extended Education Intersession Registration

Intersession 2012-13
Classes meet December 17 - 21 and resume January 2 - 10.
New registration and payment via MySSU!
Registration Dates
- October 15-December 13: Online registration via MySSU
- December 14-December 19: In-person registration in Extended Education, Stevenson Hall 1012, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. After December 13 an online form can be filled out, printed and brought to the Extended Education office or faxed in to 707.664.2613. Payment must be included.
Unit Load
Maximum units will be 4. More than 4 units will require students submit a petition to Extended Education prior to enrolling.
Drop and Refund Information
- 100% refund will be granted if classes are dropped before the first day of class.
- 65% refund will be granted December 17-December 19.
- No refunds will be granted beginning December 20.
Payment and Financial Aid Information
Open online registration:
- Students enrolling online from October 15-December 7 will be required to pay by December 7. Payment can be made online.
- Students enrolling online from December 8 to December 13 will be required to pay within 24 hours of enrollment or have submitted Use of Financial Aid to Defer Fees Approval Form.
Late in-person registration: Payment due at time of enrollment.
- If you would like to defer your Winter Intersession fees and use a portion of Spring 2013 financial aid you must fill out the Use of Financial Aid to Defer Fees Approval Form. If deferment is not approved you will be notified via SSU email and required to pay fees by stated deadlines.
