Copying for Your Class

All copyrighted materials must be submitted to us 90 days in advance, by May 26, so that the University’s copyright service has time to request permission from the publishers. These copies will be printed and sold by the SSU Bookstore.

Extended Education needs a minimum of 5 business days to guarantee copied materials are available at your first class meeting. Copying of up to 20 pages will not affect student fees.

Materials fees necessary to cover the costs of copying at an off-campus site, art materials, videos, computer disks, etc., need to be built into your course fee at the time you submit this proposal. You may request reimbursement after the class, with original receipts, not to exceed the amount submitted with your proposal.

Faculty Pay

Faculty pay for Intersession courses is based on the Special Session pay scale #2322 which is available in the School of Extended Education.
