Tasting Room Management Certificate

The Tasting Room Management Certificate helps prepare you for more responsibility--you'll take courses in direct shipping, staffing, marketing, wine club management, data base management, sales, budgeting, and customer relationship management.

The Tasting Room Management Certificate requires the completion of eight half day courses, which can be completed in one semester or at your own pace. The fee is $150 per course. The cost to complete a certificate is $1200, in the case of earning both certificates the cost would be $2100.

Students wishing to complete the Certificate can choose any four electives, but must complete the four core courses:

  • Introduction to Tasting Room Management
  • Current and Upcoming Winery Compliance Issues
  • Building a Profitable Wine Club
