Issue 3: Use the location
and design of the University Center to improve the pedestrian-orientation
of the campus
Proposed design responses:

- Place a major landscape/circulation node between the South Sequoia
Way and University Center as an orientation device to make campus structure
more understandable
- Provide clear pathways from student housing to the University Center
- Locate delivery routes so that they intrude minimally on pedestrian
