Deadlines for the 2012-2013 School Year

January 15, 2012 — Sonoma State University Scholarship Application Deadline

Please refer to the SSU Scholarship Office web site for forms and information.

January 31, 2012 — Sonoma State University Early Applicant Deadline

Students meeting this deadline will have first priority for campus based programs that have limited funding at SSU.

March 2, 2012 — Sonoma State University Priority Deadline

Students who apply between February 1st and March 2nd will have second priority to funding at SSU. Those applying after this date will have a lower funding priority.

March 2, 2012 — California Student Aid Commission Cal Grant A and B Deadline

New applicants must file their FAFSA and the CSAC GPA Verification form prior to March 2nd to be considered for a Cal Grant A or B award for 2012-2013. Students should contact their school regarding electronic posting of the verification form.

Mailed applications must be post marked March 2nd, be sure to get a Certificate of Mailing as evidence the form was mailed on time. Continuing recipients need only re-new their FAFSA each year and are encouraged to meet SSU’s Early Applicant Deadline.
