Receiving Packages

Due to the limited size of resident mailboxes, students will receive an email notification at their Seawolf Gmail account if a package has arrived for them. Packages for residents in the Zinfandel, Verdot, Cabernet, and Sauvignon Villages may be picked up at the Zinfandel Service Desk (the old Zinfandel Post Office) located next to the Marketplace. The Service Desk is open from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and a valid photo ID is required. Students living in Beaujolais and Tuscany Villages will pick up their packages at the Service Desk in the Tuscany Multipurpose Room between 12:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.

How It Works

1. Your package arrives at Sonoma State.

2. Your package information is emailed to your Seawolf Gmail Account from YouHaveAPackage@mydigitaldoorman.com.

NOTE: The first package notification email you will receive will NOT automatically show the barcode. Click the text at the top of the email that says "Always display images from YouHaveAPackage@mydigitaldoorman.com." The barcode will then appear. Studying on the Grass at SSU
