Student Mail Services - Receiving Packages
Due to the limited size of resident mailboxes, students will receive an email notification at their Seawolf Gmail account if a package has arrived for them. Packages for residents in the Zinfandel, Verdot, Cabernet, and Sauvignon Villages may be picked up at the Zinfandel Service Desk located in Zinfandel Hall. The Service Desk is open from 12:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday, and a valid photo ID is required. Students living in Beaujolais and Tuscany Villages will pick up their packages at the Service Desk in the Tuscany Multipurpose Room between 12:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m Monday Through Sunday.
NOTE: Packages are only entered Monday through Friday. Any packages arriving Saturday and Sunday will not be entered until Monday.
How It Works
- Your package arrives at one of the service desks.
- The packages are added in to the system as efficiently as possible.
- This could be take up to a day during peak times such as the first three weeks of the semester.
- Your package information is emailed to your Seawolf Gmail Account from YouHaveAPackage@eztrackit.com.
The first package notification email you will receive will NOT automatically show the barcode. Click the text at the top of the email that says "Always display images from YouHaveAPackage@eztrackit.com." The barcode will then appear.
