The Mission
Our mission is to promote interest in geography and the earth sciences and to provide activities which will enable members to further their knowledge and appreciation of these disciplines.
The club sponsors field trips, lectures, guest speakers, other social events, and can sometimes obtain funding for students to attend professional conferences, conventions and meetings if funds are available. These events provide students with opportunities to network and keep up with the latest changes in their field.
