Suite Furnishings

The Suites are considered those living areas in the Zinfandel and Verdot Village. The majority of our First Time Freshman occupy these spaces. They have a bathroom area and common living area, but no kitchen.

Each residence is furnished with an extra long twin size bed, mattress pad, desk, desk chair, clothes closet, and chest of drawers. Most mattresses are 80" long by 38" wide by 6" high. Bedrooms have an overhead fluorescent light, but no study lamps. All of the windows are covered by mini-blinds or drapes.

The living room is carpeted and furnished with a sofa, easy chair, coffee table, end table, table lamp and a 2.9 cubic feet refrigerator with a freezer compartment. All of the windows and sliding patio doors are either draped or covered by mini-blinds.

The bath area is divided into a dressing area with two sinks, separate toilet area, a tub/shower room and a storage closet. There are two separate bath areas in the Gravenstein suites.

Apartment Furnishings

The University's on-campus apartments are spacious, well designed, and very attractive for a college setting. We do provide some apartments for our first time freshman; however, the majority of our apartments are occupied by returning residents and upper division students.

Cabernet Apartment Furnishings

Cabernet Apartments consist of only double occupancy bedrooms. These apartments are two bedrooms, one bath units with the bathroom area having the shower and toilet being separate. There is also a living room, dining area, and lots of storage space.

Bedroom
The apartment is furnished with an extra long twin size bed, mattress pad, desk, desk chair, clothes closet, bookcase, and chest of drawers for each resident. Most mattresses are 80 inches long, 38 inches wide and 6 inches thick. Bedrooms have an overhead fluorescent light, but no study lamps. All of the windows are covered by mini-blinds or drapes.
Living Room
This comfortable area is carpeted and furnished with a sofa, two lounge chairs, coffee table, two end tables, and a table lamp. All of the windows are either draped or covered by mini-blinds.
Bathroom
The flooring is linoleum and the shower/tub combination has sliding shower doors.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, garbage disposal, microwave, gas oven and range. There are many cabinets including a pantry.

Sauvignon Apartment Furnishings

A Sauvignon Village apartment is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath unit with two single occupancy bedrooms and two double occupancy bedrooms. The single bedrooms are attached to a private bath and each double occupancy bedroom has it's own bathroom. Six residents share a living room, dining area, kitchen, and patio or balcony. Some of our Sauvignon apartments for our uppder division students have been converted to a 4 person unit. The double occupancy bedrooms were turned into Single Seawolf Ultimate (SSU) rooms. The twin extra long beds are pushed together to make a Cal King bed. All the other furniture will stay in the room as well.

Bedroom

The double occupancy bedrooms have 2 stackable dressers per residents which can fit underneath the beds. Most mattresses are 80 inches long by 38 inches wide by 6 inches high. The living room is carpeted and furnished with a sofa, two lounge chairs, coffee table, two end tables, two table lamps, dining room table and six dining room chairs. All of the windows are either draped or covered by mini-blinds.
Bathroom
The bathrooms are one room with sink/vanity, toilet and a shower/tub combination. The shower does have sliding shower doors.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, gas oven and range. There are many cabinets including a large walk-in pantry.

Beaujolais Apartment Furnishings

A Beaujolais Village apartment is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom unit with all single bedrooms and private baths. Occupants share a living room, dining area, and kitchen with three other people.

Bedroom
Beaujolais apartments are furnished with an extra long twin size bed, mattress pad, writing desk, desk chair, mobile nightstand/desk drawers, clothes closet, and stackable dressers for each resident. Most mattresses are 80 inches long by 38 inches wide by 6 inches high. Bedrooms have no overhead lighting, but a study lamp is provided. All of the windows are covered by mini-blinds.
Living Room
The living room is carpeted and furnished with a love seat, two lounge chairs, coffee table, two end tables, dining room table and four dining room chairs. All of the windows are covered with 2 inch faux wood blinds. Lighting is provided by wall sconces.
Bathroom
The bathrooms are private rooms attached to the bedrooms with sink/vanity, toilet, and a shower/tub combination. The shower does have sliding shower doors.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher, a microwave, and gas oven range. This kitchen is very modern with solid surface countertops, black and chrome appliances, and laminated hardwood floors.

For your convenience, we have published the approximate dimensions of the suites, apartments, and furniture. Some floor plans have variations, so again these are approximations and are not true for every room. If there are variations, we have published the smaller dimension.

Beaujolais Village

The four bedroom, four bathroom apartments in Beaujolais Village are approximately 1,150 square feet. There are two different floor plans, A and B.

Verdot Village

This village consists of 2 and 4 bedroom suites. There are also a few single suites which are two bedrooms with a bathroom in between.

Zinfandel Village

This village consists of residential suites with single and double occupancy bedrooms. There are also a few shared single suites which have two bedrooms with a bathroom in between.

2 Bedroom Suites

The 2 bedroom suites of Verdot and Zinfandel have two double occupancy bedrooms with a separate bathroom area and a shared living room and are about 600 square feet.

5 Bedroom Suites

Five bedrooms, two bathroom, two story suites that are 1,345 square feet.
