Dimensions of the Rooms and Furniture

For your convenience, we have published the approximate dimensions of the suites/apartments and furniture. Some floor plans have variations, so again these are approximations and are not true for every room. If there are variations, we have published the smaller dimension.

Beaujolais Village

The four bedroom/four bathroom apartments in Beaujolais Village are approximately 1150 square feet. There are two different floor plans, A and B.

Bedrooms in Plan A: 9.5' x 12' approximately
Bedrooms in Plan B: 9.8' x 13' approximately
Furniture: Bed (41" W x 7' L x 28" H); Desk (48" W x 24" D x 30" H); Stackable Dresser- 2 per resident (31" W x 20" D x 18" H); Nightstand (22.5" W x 17" D x 23" H)

Cabernet Village

The two bedroom/one bathroom apartments in Cabernet Village are approximately 950 square feet. Merlot apartments are slightly larger at 1020 square footage.

Bedrooms: 13" x 13" approximately
Bedroom Furniture: Bed (37.5" W x 7' L x 30" H); Desk (42" W x 24" D x 30" H); Dresser (31" W x 19" D x 31" H); Bookcase (24" W x 10" D x 30" H)

Sauvignon Village

The 1500 square foot four bedroom/four bathroom apartments in Sauvignon Village are designed for six students.

Single Occupancy Bedrooms (A & D): 11' x 12'3" appromixately
Double Occupancy Bedrooms (B & C): 14' x 12' approximately
Furniture: Bed (41" W x 7' L x 28" H); Desk (43" W x 28" D x 30" H); Dresser (24" W x 32" D x 20" H) - 2 per resident; Nightstand (16" W x 22" D x 23" H); Bookcase - singles only (32" W x 12" D x 30" H)

Verdot Village

Verdot Village consists of two bedroom/one bathroom suites (Fuji) about 600 square feet and four bedroom/two bathroom suites (Gravenstein) with 800 square footage. There are also a few shared single suites which are two bedrooms with a bathroom in the middle.

Double Occupancy Bedrooms: 11.5' x 13' approximatley
Single Occupancy Bedrooms: 10' x 10' approximately
Bedroom Furniture: Bed (39" W x 7' L x 33" H); Desk (41" W x 24" D x 29" H)); Dresser (24" W x 24" D x 29" H))

Zinfandel Village

Zinfandel Village consists of two bedroom/one bathroom suites (Fuji) about 600 square feet and five bedroom/two bathroom suites (Gravenstein) with 1345 square footage. There are also a few shared single suites which are two bedrooms with a bathroom in the middle.

Shared Single Occupancy Bedroom:9 x 14' approximately
Gravenstein Single Occupancy Bedroom:10' x 13' approximately
Bedroom Furniture: Bed (43" W x 7" L x 40.5" H); Desk (42" W x 25.75 D x 30" H); Under Bed Dresser (64" W x 25.5" D x 20.25" H); Mobile Nightstand (16" W x 23" D x 25" H)
