Intersession Housing
Residents who are taking intersession classes, working throughout the break or those participating in collegiate athletics that need to return early may partake in
Intersession Housing. Intersession Housing is available to all residents currently residing in the Residential Community for the Fall semester and continuing through to the Spring semester. Intersession Housing is not available to new students taking occupancy in the Spring semester or for those students who have Petition to Vacate at the end of the Fall semester. Residents interested in staying over intersession will remain in their Fall room unless they are doing a room change. Further instructions about moving will be discussed with those individuals specifically.
Deadline and Payment Structure
Applications will be available starting November 13th. The deadline to return the application is December 7th in order to receive the Early Bird Special discount of $25. The price per occupant is listed on the Intersession application and are based on contracting period and the Village you currently live in. Application and payment must be received prior to return for break housing. Please make payment directly to Customer Service located in Salazar Hall first floor. Credit card slips are available online (under the Highlights section) for ease of recording necessary account information in order to be properly processed.
Applications and payment must be submitted together.
Need to Cancel?
If you need to cancel, you may do so by emailing us the details at SSU Housing. A full refund will be processed as long as the cancellation is received prior to the first date of the contracting period you indicated on your application.
