Licensing Materials
These pages are designed to guide you through completing the license agreement and other necessary documents once you have been offered a space for campus housing.
If you try to submit any of these materials prior to being offered a space for the 2008-2009 Academic Year, your documents will not be processed and deposit will be returned.
We mail out License Agreements on a space available basis to those individuals who pay their Enrollment Reservation Deposit and return a Housing Plans Reply form. First time freshman licensing materials are mailed the middle of March and the new transfers mid March. Students presently enrolled at SSU can anticipate receiving information beginning June as long as we have been able to accommodate all of our current residents.
