Moving In
Move-In Weekend
It is highly recommended
that students check their SSU email account regularly in order to avoid missing pertinent information about move-in weekend.
Residents can begin moving into the Residential Community August 22nd and 23rd. Residents will receive a Move-In Weekend booklet with a tempoary room key. The temporary key will allow the resident to go directly to their room at their scheduled move-in time. Also, a series of emails will be sent to the resident's SSU email account with follow up information.
Move-In Weekend Schedule
Cabernet, Zinfandel,Verdot and Sauvignon Residents
Residents living in these villages can start moving in on August 22nd at the following times:
- Last names beginning with A-G
9:00 a.m. - Last names beginning with H-O
11:00 a.m. - Last names beginning with P-Z
1:00 p.m.
Beaujolais and Tuscany Residents
Residents living in these villages can start moving in on August 23rd at the following times:
- Last names beginning with A-G
9:00 a.m. - Last names beginning with H-O
11:00 a.m. - Last names beginning with P-Z
1:00 p.m.
Taking Care of Business
For residents with 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. move-in times, feel free to arrive on campus earlier in the day, park in Parking Lot G (near the Gym), and take care of any needed business with Bookstore, Pre-Ordered Textbooks, or Customer Services prior to moving into your room.
