SSU Immunization Requirements
As a condition of SSU enrollment and in accordance with California law and California State University policy, all entering SSU students born after 1956 are required to send copies of official immunization records documenting their immunization or immunity to Measles & Rubella (typically given as MMR vaccine). All students who will be under age 19 when their first semester at SSU begins must also show proof of full immunization to Hepatitis B. Copies of official records must be sent to the SSU Office of Admissions and Records at least six weeks prior to the start of the student’s first semester of classes to avoid late compliance penalties including a hold on the student’s ability to register for future classes. To read the full details about the required immunizations and how to comply with these requirements, please visit the Student Health Center site.
