Presently Enrolled SSU Students
Refund Information
If you change your mind about attending Sonoma State University or living on campus, you must notify the University in writing in order to receive a refund. The Housing Down Payment is 50% refundable if requested in writing by December 15, 2012; non-refundable thereafter.
During your attendance at SSU, you can apply to live on-campus regardless of your class level. Even those students who have lived on campus in the past and moved off are welcomed to apply for future semesters.
Applying for Campus Housing Spring 2013
We will start accepting applications for students who are living off-campus, studying abroad, or have taken a leave of absence October 10th. Availability of housing will depend on how many applications are received and the number of spaces available for the Spring 2013 semester.
If you have been enrolled in classes at SSU and are currently living off-campus, please start the application process by completing the Housing Down Payment form and submitting a $400 payment to the Seawolf Service Center. Because housing space is not guaranteed, if you are serious about living on-campus, it is very important that you completed and return this form as soon as possible. The down payment is for a bed space on campus and does not secure a specific room type.
