Intersession Housing
The 2009-2010 Student Housing License Agreement does not grant the resident permission to live on-campus during the break between the Fall and Spring semesters, which is called Intersession Break. Residents continuing from the Fall semester to the Spring semester can apply to live on-campus in their Fall assignment at an additional cost. You will live in your Fall assignment unless you receive approval from Housing Services to do an end of semester room change. During the winter break, Housing Services and Facilities Services may need to enter your residence to complete necessary inspections, maintenance and repairs, upgrades, and housekeeping in order to prepare the unit for the Spring semester. All University and Housing policies and regulations are in effect during Intersession. Intersession Housing is not available to new students taking occupancy in the Spring semester or for those students who have Petitioned to Vacate at the end of the Fall semester.
