Open Enrollment Changes

Changes made during the open enrollment period will be effective January 1, 2015. New plan rates will be reflected on the pay warrant for the December 2014 pay period which will issue on 1/1/15.

Direct Mailing of 2014 W-2 Wage and Tax Statement

2014 Form W-2s are mailed to the employee's mailing address on file. Any address changes must be processed in mySSU prior to December 12, 2014.
