Open Enrollment Effective Date

Changes made during the annual Open Enrollment period will become effective January 1, 2016. The first pay warrant that will reflect changes will be for the December 2015 pay period. Please refer to our Open Enrollment website with links to resources, new plan rates and provider contact information.

Address Changes for W2 Mailing

The deadline to update mailing addresses for the 2015 W2 form is Friday, December 11, 2015. Changes made after this date will affect where the W2 is mailed by the State Controller's Office. Undeliverable W2s will be sent back to the Payroll and Benefits Office beginning February 2016.

Address updates can be made via Self Service in mySSU or by submitting the Employee Action Request form to Human Resources.
