The American system of privacy
By David P. Buchanan, on 1/17/99.

The American system of privacy versus the average citizen can raise many questions as to how and why such actions have to be taken in the interests of National Security.

Becoming more aware of Big Brother and the clandestine attributes
that accompany it have all but become common knowledge to the average citizen.

My question would be has this become a game of cat and mouse with delicate information that compromises the safety and wellbeing of the average American as well as the right to privacy, why should society have to wait for a reasonable response do they not deserve it?
