The Hutchins Institute for Public Policy (HIPP) Studies and Community Action is the community arm of the Hutchins School and it sponsors projects that promote its mission: to promote seminar discussions about environmental and socio-economic issues on and off campus, and to facilitate research and projects on these topics.
