Study Abroad

One of the unique features of the Hutchins Liberal Studies Major is the opportunity for flexibility—in a sense, to take ownership of your education and create your own course of study. Many Hutchins students use that opportunity to study in a different context or culture. Hutchins students have studied all over the globe through a variety of study abroad organizations and independent study programs.

Whether close at hand or far away, the Study Away or Internship experience can help students relate their education to specific career choices, greater intellectual understanding, and their place in an ever-larger world.
