Computer Operations
Computer Operations manages Information Technology's central computing systems. Its primary function is to provide and maintain computing services for students, faculty, and staff to enhance and further the instructional, research, and administrative goals of the University. Specific responsibilities and functions include: management of computer systems, filesharing servers, database servers, domain name servers, email servers, calendaring servers, web servers, directory servers, and computer security auditing. Computer Operations also offers operating system and computer security consulting.
Support for these services are provided by the IT Helpdesk, Web Office and GeoTeam.
