Equipment Reservation, Delivery & Checkout

Equipment Checkout & Delivery

IT Helpdesk provides consultation and equipment in support of the University's instructional and administrative programs. Equipment available includes the full spectrum of standard media hardware.

Most equipment can be checked out for a three day period, but if you are working on a special project we will try to be as flexible as possible. During the summer, or between semesters, it is usually possible to borrow equipment for extended periods of time.

You must present a campus ID to checkout equipment. Students must have a faculty Authorization slip (available at the IT Help Desk) or signed note from instructor to check out any cameras.
