Installing Meeting Maker 8.6 on Mac OS X
Before you begin, you will need to know your Meeting Maker username and password and you will need to have administrative access to your computer.
- Open your Applications folder on your computer.
- Drag the current meetingmaker folder to the trash.
- Download MeetingMaker 8.6 for Mac OS X to your desktop.
- Double click on the OSX_MeetingMaker86.zip.
- Drag the meetingmaker folder to your Applications folder.
- Open the meetingmaker folder that you just moved.
- Double click on the Meeting Maker Calendar program.
- If you are upgrading from a previous version, the following fields should already be filled out.
- Click Select button for the Server.
- Click the configure button.
- If not already there, type in mm.sonoma.edu and click OK.
- Change the drop down menu labeled "Protocol" to "SSL".
- Verify that the "Select Zone" box says "Network Wide".
- Verify that the "Select Server" box says "sonoma-mm" and click once on the "sonoma-mm".
- Click the "Select" Button at the bottom of the panel.
A popup panel with 3 boxes will appear.
- Enter your username and password and click the "Sign In" button.
