Error message or problem:
firefox is asking to do an update
however the users dont have privileges to update Firefox so it wont let them update, and it won't let them log out because the error message keeps coming up saying update failed, and when you close the error message it pops up again and it wont go away and it wont let the user log off.
Applications being run: firefox
Actions which preceded the problem:
I'm assuming this will be a problem because this is the second time I've had a user tell me about this problem.
Additional information: The error message wouldn't go away and it wouldn't let me log off so i manually turned the computer off and logged in on my Dash A account and updated Firefox for this station, and the last station, number 7. but i suspect this problem will happen again when Firefox wants to update on the other windows machines.
