Campus Voicemail Migration - May 6

On Saturday, May 6th from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM we will be migrating all voice mail users to a new voice mail system. During this migration activity voice mail services will not be available.

Voice mail services are being migrated from an old Nortel Call Pilot version (v1.07) and old server hardware that will no longer be supported by the vendor effective June 30, 2006. We will be moving all users to a newer Nortel Call Pilot version (v3.0) and new server hardware that will provide improved disk and power supply redundancy.
