The IT-ue50.sonoma.edu server is experiencing hardware problems and is DOWN. Information Technology staff are working on the problem. At this time we have no estimate of the repair time.
Access to the following systems are unavailable:
** Student email accounts on students@sonoma.edu
** FRS Datawarehouse database (BRIO reporting)
** EdenOA Bursar Archive database
** EdenOA registration voice log database
** Cyber Historical database (A&R and Extended Education)
** IT Shop (Equipment) database, including Remedy access to this data
We will send another update as soon as we have additional information.
