This will affect anyone needing to schedule a University Computer Lab for Fall 2000.
Scheduling Dates for University Computer Labs
In an effort to try to meet increased demands for scheduling University computer labs, computer lab requests for the Fall 2000 semester will be accepted beginning on March 1. For requests received before March 15, we will attempt to resolve scheduling conflicts and confirm lab reservations in time to meet the deadlines for the printed schedule of classes.
Any forms received before March 1 will be returned unprocessed.
Lab scheduling requests may be submitted using a form on the World Wide Web. This is the preferred method of submitting lab requests. Paper versions of the form are still accepted, but older versions of the form may be incomplete or inaccurate and may produce processing delays.
Please refer to the lab pages (http://www.sonoma.edu/it/labs/) on the SSU Web for information about lab locations, available hardware, currently available software, and current lab managers, as well as procedures on lab usage.

In order to avoid processing delays, please fill out the request forms completely. Please include alternate days and times, and please indicate the software required. Because of storage limitations and usage patterns, the software installed in any specific lab changes from one semester to the next.
