Maintenance Scheduled for Some Servers 1/5/05

Affected Users:

This will affect webmail, all local databases (not CMS), and FootPrints.

Message:

Some servers are scheduled to be down for maintenance Wednesday evening, January 5, from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM. The services affected will be:
- Logins to Webmail
- FootPrints trouble ticket system
- All Oracle databases (including Alumni database, R25, RMS, EdenOA, EdenOA Datawarehouse, Ripple, Tsunami, IT IO Board, and SMARTS)
- Possible intermittent access to email
- Big Brother monitoring system
- the two DHCP servers named ssu-mars and ssu-andyw
