Guest Account Request Form
For Instructors OnlyTo request a WebCT guest account, either visit the IT Helpdesk in person, or submit this form.Guest accounts are for people who are not current SSU faculty, students or staff, and who need access to a WebCT course. This may be a guest lecturer or anyone else you'd like to be able to participate in a course without formally registering via CMS-HRSA.Note: Only people who don't have SSU LDAP accounts should be given WebCT Guest Accounts.Note: Only instructors of a course may authorize guest access to the course.Please allow two business days for this account to be completed.
LDAP ID
Before filling out this form you must have an LDAP username. This is the username you currently use to logging to your SSU emial and into CMS-HRSA (Peoplesoft). If you don't know your LDAP username and password, contact the IT Helpdesk.
