the continuing development of physical education programs that emphasizes
effective pedagogical practices and assessment techniques.

school physical education programs that reflects the vision of the
California Physical Education Framework and California Physical
Education Challenge Standards

To provide intensive
support for effective practice and professional development opportunities
in the use of technology for teachers in 10 elementary schools in
Northcoast California

To train teachers
in specific professional practices that result in the integration
of students with disabilities in physical education programs.

To collaborate
with the United Indian Health Services (UIHS) to provide specific
education programs at schools for diabetes
|

|
To create school
and community networks consisting of a broad range of professionals
charged with the goal of promoting physical education programs
|

|
To enable children
to understand the value of healthy lifestyles by teaching the concepts
and knowledge to support regular physical activity and heart healthy
nutrition.
