Students are in line formation. Teacher should teach the dance step by step, adding on a step only when all students can complete the first step. Counts 1-4 Grapevine right Counts 5-8 Grapevine left Counts 1-2 Step forward on right foot and hop Counts 3-4 Step forward on left foot and hop Counts 5-8 Step backward on right foot, left foot, right foot, and kick left foot Counts 1-2 Rock forward on left foot, two bounces Counts 3-4 Rock forward on right foot, two bounces Counts 5-8 Walk three steps forward on the left foot, right foot, left foot, and a quarter turn on the left foot to the left. Repeat the dance. |
