| Teaching Hints: |
To quickly get the students into teams, have the class fast walk around the playing field. When the whistle is blown, students will be asked to form groups of four as quickly as possible and then sit down. |

| Description: | |||||
|
Hula hoops are to be placed in the four corners of the playing area. Place the five bean bags in each hula hoop. Divide class into teams of four. The teams line up in each corner of the room with their hula hoops and bean bags positioned on the floor in front of the line. On the signal, one player from each team runs to another team's hula hoop (doesn't matter which one) and steals one bean bag and takes it back to their own hula hoop. When the bean bag is dropped in their home hula hoop, the next player in line is free to go "steal another treasure." The round continues for about 4 minutes. Winners could be the group with the most bean bags, the most of one color, or the least amount of bean bags. |

| Alternatives / Modifications |
You could have the students perform different locomotor skills when they "steal the treasure." |
