Follow these steps and the set up for the Tandberg:
Power to the Tandberg 880
Connect the Ethernet connection
Connect the Microphone
Connect the Video or S-Video Cable
Connect the Audio out
Connections on a television, VCR, or projector
All Connections
| Power to the Tandberg 880 |

- Connect the power supply to the Tandberg unit
- Plug the cord from the power supply into the surge protector and the surge protector into an electrical outlet
| Connect the Ethernet connection (Internet connection) |

- Connect the ethernet cable to the Tandberg unit.
- Connect the other end of the ethernet cable to a network access plug in the room you will be having your video conference

- Connect the microphone to the Mic 1 port. It should snap in place. (When removing the microphone connector make sure to depress the button at the top of the connection to release the cable)
| Connect the Video or S-Video Cable |

- Connect the composite video or s-video cable (not both) to the Video Out port (1 single for s-video or 2 single for composite video) on the the Tandberg
- Connect the composite audio cable to the Audio Out (1) port on the Tandberg unit. (The cable to the far right in the picture above.)
 If needed, attach external speakers to the Tandberg.
- 1. You will need an adapter this: male composite (RCA) to female 1/8" mini plug.
- 2. Connect to the Audio Out 1 port on the Tandberg.

| Connections on a television, VCR, or projector |
- Connect the composite video cable to the video port on the back of LCD projector.
- Connect the composite audio cable to the audio (L/Mono) port on the projector.
- If you are using a projector connect the projector power cord to the projector.
- Connect the power cord for the VCR and Television/ projector to the surge protector that is connected to an electrical outlet.
- Place the microphone flat on a table, at least 6.5 feet from the Tandberg camera/computer unit.The cord feeding into the microphone should always be facing the Tandberg unit.
