Coursework addresses
persistent problems and contemporary issues in literacy learning
and teaching as well as professional inquiries posed by our
students. Candidates will: |

high-level skills in teaching beginning, struggling and proficient
readers of all ages

sound research-based best practice for teaching all students,
including English learners

better prepared classroom teacher, able to meet the demands
