Moodle will not be used for teaching at SSU until Spring semester, 2011. However, if you would like to begin building your courses in Moodle now, you can request a sandbox course through Barbara Moore. You can use this sandbox to try Moodle and actually build a course, which you may begin teaching Spring 2011. You would simply need to migrate the content from the sandbox to your official Moodle course in January 2011.
