SSU Music Audition Request Form
This form is to request an audition for admittance to the Department of Music as a Music Major.
Before filling out this form, please review the information on Majors & Programs, so you can indicate the program you are interested in.
You must have a valid email address we can use to contact you about your audition.
All students will be considered for a music scholarship during the November, January and March audition dates based on the level of performance exhibited during the audition.
