Composers Forum
Composers Forum is a weekly class that focuses on the discussion, study, and critique of contemporary composers, contemporary music, and student compositions. There is a weekly round-robin sharing of works-in-progress by students taking the class.
There are two formal student composer concerts, plus two non-music department or inter-department produced performances that focuses on community outreach.
Other activities includes joint-class performances, guest composer lectures, group improvisation performances and well as student
lecture presentations.
