Black Scholars United Seeking Employee Volunteers

feast.jpgOn Wed., February 16, Black Scholars United (BSU) will be hosting the 3rd Annual Soul Food Dinner at Zinfandel Cafeteria from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. BSU is seeking volunteers to help cook for this event. Help is needed between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m.

The menu is as follows:


Main Course: Macaroni and Cheese, Yams, Fried Chicken, Cornbread Dressing, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy and Catfish


Sides: Cabbage and Green Beans


Dessert: Banana Pudding and Cheesecake.
