Reminder to Students: Return Campus Keys by May 23

keys.jpegDepartments are asked to remind students who currently have campus keys and/or electronic card keys to return or renew their keys by Monday, May 23. Campus keys and/or electronic card keys must be returned to the Seawolf Service Center in Salazar Hall.

If a student will continue working in a department through the summer, the student must submit a new key request form, signed by the Authorized Approver, to the Seawolf Service Center to renew the key(s). The student key request form (double-sided) can be found at http://www.sonoma.edu/customerservices/forms/stud_key.pdf.

Campus Key Policy allows students to have keys for the period of one semester or summer. Failure to return/renew campus keys and/or electronic card keys results in an Administrative Hold being placed on students' registration, grades, transcripts, and diploma. These steps are taken to insure University security.

Questions may be directed to Elizabeth O'Brien, Seawolf Service Center, at (707) 664-4023.
