Stress got you down? Learn some simple techniques that you can do at home or at work to lower heart rate and deepen your breathing. We will sit quietly for two ten-minute meditation periods and have a short question-and-answer in between. No experience required.
Lane Olson has been sitting meditation for 35 years, first with TM and then Zen Buddhism. She also taught religion classes at Dominican University before coming to SSU.
