Return Students Campus Keys

keys.jpegDepartments are asked to remind students who currently have campus keys or electronic card keys to return or renew their keys by Dec. 16.

Campus and electronic card keys must be returned to the Seawolf Service Center in Salazar Hall.

If a student will continue working in a department through the Spring semester, the student must submit a new key request form, signed by the Authorized Approver, to the Seawolf Service Center to renew the key(s).

The student key request form (double-sided) can be found at:

Campus Key Policy allows students to be issued keys for no longer than the period of one semester at a time. Failure to return/renew campus keys and/or electronic card keys results in an Administrative Hold being placed on students' registration, grades, transcripts, and diploma. These steps are taken to insure University security.
