Staff Development Workshop: Movement, Pressure Points & Meditation for Stress Relief, Feb. 23

Join Kim Vanderveer, LAc. who will lead simple exercises, movement and short meditation to help release stress that is held in our bodies. Vanderveer will teach specific movements that can be done while seated to help with repetitive strain that comes from working at a computer all day.

Kim Vandeveer, LAc. has been practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine professionally since 1998. Acupuncture is traditionally used to treat a large range of ailments including pain management or trauma from injuries, illnesses, or chronic and acute conditions. She uses acupuncture to unblock channels for a smooth flow of vital qi and substance (blood) in the body.

Come by Stevenson 3042 from noon - 1p.m. to take place in the workshop.
